My formal education includes:

	1955 - 56	Graphic design and calligraphy, Porath School of Design, Berlin, Germany
	1957 - 58	Life drawing classes at the Art Institute, Chicago, IL
	1959 - 60	Painting, printmaking and calligraphy at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM
	1961 - 62	Painting, drawing, graphic design and calligraphy at Carnegie Institute of Technology (now Carnegie Mellon) in Pittsburgh, PA
	1968 - 70	Painting classes with Frank Goodnow at University College, Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY
	1982 - 83	Art history and anthropology courses at Empire State College, a Continuing Education Division of State University of New York, in Jerusalem, Israel

My informal education:

Having traveled and lived in so many different countries provided me with numerous opportunities and the great fortune to visit many great museums and exhibitions over the years.
